Withdraw thy foot from thy neighbor’s house
“Hast thou found honey? Eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it.  Withdraw thy foot from thy neighbor’s house; lest he be weary of thee, and so hate thee.” Proverbs 25:16-17 (KJV)
Don’t take that other person for granted.
Don’t wear out that person that offers to help you with your unlimited requests.
Apply some balance in whatsoever you are doing
You don’t have to always speak at every forum, allow others too.
You don’t have to always find something to post in that group chat you belong.
Moderate your texting: let your phone conversation be purposeful and meaningful.
Whenever any person extends their kindness to you be considerate of their sacrifice and don’t wear them out with your needs.
Even with your diet?
Have a balanced diet.
“Aspire to lead a calm and peaceful life as you mind your own business and earn your living, just as we’ve taught you.  By doing this, you will live an honorable life, influencing others, and commanding respect of even the unbelievers. Then you’ll be in need of nothing and not dependent upon others” 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12  (TPT)
Don’t overindulge.
Don’t stay too long and overstay your welcome
Don’t be dependent on others.
