I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten.

I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten.
“And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten—the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, … And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you. And My people shall never be put to shame.” Joel 2:25-26 (AMPC)
It may appear that events and incidents you did not plan for nor anticipate has derailed your expectations.
Sometimes it looks like your prayers have not been answered the way you expected.
God is assuring you today that He will restore.
Don’t lose your faith in His ability to deliver what HE has promised.
Keep your Hope alive.
“Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.” Zechariah 9:12 (NIV)
Keep Praising HIM.

However, to experience this restoration promise, you must forgive all those who have offended you, including your very self.
Yes, forgive yourself and reposition yourself with expectations from Him.
“And if you see him going the wrong direction, cry out and correct him. If there is true repentance on his part, forgive him. No matter how many times in one day your brother sins against you and says, ‘I’m sorry; I am changing; forgive me,’ you need to forgive him each and every time.”
Luke 17:3-4 (TPT)
Have you lost so much?
“Even though you’ve let us sink down with trials and troubles, I know you will revive us again, lifting us up from the dust of death. Give us even more greatness than before. Turn and comfort us once again.”
Psalm 70:20-21(TPT)
Your greatness will be more than before.
He did it for Job.
He has done it for many more.
Yours is not an exception.
Yes, He will restore.
