Think on these things.

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8

Filters generally help eliminate impurities from slowing down the productivity or the efficiency of a production process. To get the best out of the equipment the screen is periodically checked, cleaned and sometimes replaced.

To fulfill your purpose in life God has given you that capacity that whatsoever you can think of positively and confess it with your mouth you will indeed achieve it.

“ And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.” Genesis 11:6

Once your thoughts, confessions, and actions consistently match each other nothing is impossible for you to attain.

However mankind faces one big challenge with the mind where the thought process is incubated and directed to become thoughts which are selected to act upon, different thoughts emerge on the same issue hence God provided a filter for you in our text for today.

“Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.” Philippians 4:8-9 (MSG)

To make your mind produce the best thought process use this God-given filter to refine your thoughts.

The confusion, stagnation, double-mindedness, and procrastination you do experience may be because your filter is clogged and you need to renew your mind with the Word of God.

Today, before you give action to that brilliant idea of yours, let God’s guideline filters your thoughts.
