Shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called You.

Shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called You.
“Instead, shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called you. For Scripture says: “You are to be holy because I am holy.”
1 Peter 1:15-16 (TPT)
Who are you shaping your life after?
Who is your role model?
Who do you daily emulate?
With all due respect to your gifts, talents, and callings, who do you aspire to be?
The bottom line is the Our Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ is our perfect example.
HE is the only person you should benchmark your life after.
Peter, having been privileged to work, walk and be with the Lord before and after His crucifixion and resurrection, made the above conclusion.
You are to be Holy.
Yes, you can be full of Love.
Yes, you can give all that you have.
You can pray 24/7.
However, one essential, indispensable virtue or attribute you must have is Holiness.
How are you doing in this area of your life?

“In every relationship be swift to choose peace over competition, and run swiftly toward holiness, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.” Hebrews 12:14(TPT)
Run swiftly towards Holiness.
Work at living a holy life
Try to live holy lives
Live a clean life.
If you don’t, you will never see the Lord.
The Blood of Jesus is available to cleanse you of all your impurity.
Confess all your inadequacies to HIM.
With the Word, His Blood will wash you white as snow.
“Rather, the payment that freed you was the precious blood of Christ, the lamb with no defects or imperfections.” 1 Peter 19(GW)
Don’t postpone making yourself right with God.
Do it now.
HE is waiting for your confession, repentance, and resolution not to continue without being Holy.
Otherwise, you’ll never get so much as a glimpse of God.
