” Now I am going to make Amalek pay!”

” Now I am going to make Amalek pay!”
“When the Israelites were on their way out of Egypt, the nation of Amalek attacked them. I am the Lord All-Powerful, and now I am going to make Amalek pay!” 1 Samuel 15:2 CEV
God says vengeance is mine.
When God tells you to leave the matter in His hands, it gets addressed.
The Amalekites refused the children the passage of way as they were going to the promised land. (Exodus 17:8-16)
At the fullness of time, God moved.
” Vengeance is Mine and recompense; Their foot shall slip in due time; For the day of their calamity is at hand And the things to come hasten upon them.'” Deuteronomy 32:35 (NKJV)
Has someone offended you lately?
Don’t react in the flesh.
” Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.” Romans 12:17-19 (NKJV)
The sons of Jacob avenged the rape of Dinah.
They did more injustice to their entire community by being deceitful. (Genesis 34:25)
However, when God who sees the complete picture does it, it’s a fair game for all.
” After four generations, your descendants will return here to this land, for the sins of the Amorites do not yet warrant their destruction.” Genesis 15:16
God has not forgotten the injustices you have been subjected to.
It’s sometimes quite difficult to forgive and release the offender to God.
You have to.
“Your ancestors have also been taught, ‘Take an eye in exchange for an eye and a tooth in exchange for a tooth.’ “However, I say to you, don’t repay an evil act with another evil act. But whoever insults you by slapping you on the right cheek, turn the other to him as well.” Matthew 5:38-39 TPT
Taking revenge makes you feel good, but it is not the way of God.
Let Him fight for you.
HE will ultimately vindicate you.
