Keep your thoughts continually fixed

 Keep your thoughts continually fixed
“So keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.  Follow the example of all that we have imparted to you, and the God of peace will be with you in all things.” Philippians 4:8-9 (TPT)
You are a product of your thoughts.
To become what God has purposed for you what you think on is very crucial!!!
“ For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: …” Proverbs 23:7 (KJV)
Think about all that is:
Authentic.
Real.
Honorable.
Admirable.
Beautiful.
Respectful.
Pure.
Holy.
Merciful.
Kind.
Any thought process and dialogue in your mind outside of these things, please reject them.
Don’t dwell on the negatives in life.
Know who God has called you to be and let that be the center of your thoughts.
For as you think within yourself, so are YOU.

I know we can do it!

I know we can do it!
“Caleb calmed down the crowd and said, “Let’s go and take the land. I know we can do it!” Numbers 13:30(CEV)
Caleb was solidly confident that what God has said is possible but also doable.
What is it that God has said to you?
Are you seeing the giants and getting afraid?
Do you see yourself as a mere grasshopper?
When you stand and consistently look at God’s Word, you can say:
“I know we can do it.”
“We certainly can do it.”
“But the men who had gone with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.”  And those men gave the Israelites a bad report about the land they explored, saying, “The land that we explored is too large to conquer. All the people we saw are very tall. We felt like grasshoppers, and we looked like grasshoppers to them.” Numbers 13:31-33(NCV)
The majorities were afraid, spoke, confessed, and acted negatively.
The Minority (Joshua and Caleb) believed, acted, and obeyed the Word.
Where are you standing today?
Believe what God has said concerning you.
Act in Faith not doubting.
“Then Caleb told the people near Moses to be quiet, and he said, “We should certainly go up and take the land for ourselves. We can certainly do it.” Numbers 13:30 (NCV)
You can certainly do it.

A long-time had passed?

A long-time had passed?
“The people saw that a long time had passed and Moses had not come down from the mountain. So they gathered around Aaron and said, “Moses led us out of Egypt, but we don’t know what has happened to him. Make us gods who will lead us.”….. He took the gold from the people and formed it with a tool and made a statue of a calf. Then the people said, “Israel, these are your gods who brought you out of the land of Egypt!”  Exodus 32:1-4 (NCV)
When the Israelites thought they had waited too long for Moses to come down from the mountain, their focus shifted. They were ready to make do with an alternative and a dreadful alternative for that matter.
What has God promised you that appeared to be taking too long?
Are you comparing yourself with other people, thereby getting impatient?
Are you contemplating an alternative?
As we saw with the Israelites, their impatience grew to desperation, and they made a substitute god.
God is faithful, and His delays are not denials.
Don’t be pressured making hasty decisions.
He that believeth does not make haste.
Therefore don’t make hasty, impatient decisions that will leave you with adverse consequences afterward.
For the vision is for an appointed time, even though it tarries wait for it will surely come pass.
Hold on to the promises of God and keep praising Him.
HE is at work.
How Long Can You Wait?

God Gave You Your Assignment Before You Were Born.

God Gave You Your Assignment Before You Were Born.
“Josiah asked, “What is that monument I see?” The people of the city answered, “It’s the grave of the man of God who came from Judah. This prophet announced the things you have done against the altar of Bethel.”   2 Kings 23:17 (NCV)

God had given you a purposeful assignment before you were born physically here on this earth.
You are definitely not a mistake, nor a mere coincidence.
HE carefully thought of you the moment HE gave life to your conception.
God through a prophet had announced in 1 Kings 13 what was going to happen several years ago, and faithfully it came to pass as Josiah walking with God carried this out to the letter.
“Before I made you in your mother’s womb, I chose you. Before you were born, I set you apart for a special work. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”Jeremiah 1:5 (NCV)
God has an ordained assignment for your life.
To know it and fulfill it, you will have to take the time to ask HIM.
Don’t continue living your life like an adventure.
Connect through the Holy Spirit and discover God’s blueprint for your life.
HE that has given you a purposeful life will empower you to fulfill it in Jesus name.
Today take time to ask God about your assignment in life.
Pursue it with FAITH in HIS WORD, and it will surely come to pass.

The day before Saul came (Part 2)

The day before Saul came (Part 2)
“The day before Saul came, the LORD had told Samuel:  “About this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin. Appoint him to lead my people Israel. He will save my people from the Philistines. I have seen the suffering of my people, and I have listened to their cry.” When Samuel first saw Saul, the LORD said to Samuel, “This is the man I told you about. He will organize my people.” Saul approached Samuel at the gate and said, “Please tell me where the seer’s house is.” 1 Samuel 9:15-18 (NCV)
The day before Saul came to meet Samuel, he by divine providence had a servant with him.
This servant was used by God to persuade him not to return to his father without an accomplishment.
This nameless servant with God’s favor willingly surrendered the money he had to enable Saul to meet with destiny.
Remember the servant that was with Naaman that enabled the miraculous healings to take place by encouraging the master to seek the Prophet Elisha for solutions. (2 Kings 5:3-14)
Whose wise counsel has God placed near you but wrapped like a servant?
Once upon a time, even the donkey spoke to warn the master. (Numbers 22:28)
“People lose their way without wise leadership, but a nation succeeds and stands in victory when it has many good counselors to guide it.” Proverbs 11:14 (TPT)
Don’t neglect or treat with disdain the Godly counsel God has strategically positioned your way.

The day before Saul came (Part 1)

The day before Saul came (Part 1)
“The day before Saul came, the LORD had told Samuel: “About this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin. Appoint him to lead my people Israel. The day before Saul came to meet Samuel, he was on errand searching for the lost donkey. (1 Samuel 9:3-4)
However unknown to him, God has already appointed him King.
His search for the donkey was a set up by God for him to encounter Samuel.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
Even though Saul started his yesterday searching for a donkey his tomorrow already destined by God was far more significant and better.
What are you doing today?
Saul was at this stage of his life was obedient, sincere, and diligent in his search for the donkey, but he was almost giving up.
God is at work in Your life.
God is Greater than what people say.
God knows you before you were born and has assigned a profitable, purposeful destiny for you.
Saul, while searching for the donkey, thought it was getting late.
It’s never too late in your life to attain and achieve His Purpose.
