Stop blaming others for your predicament.
Adam started this passing the buck game very very early, and it seems to have stuck with mankind.
Rather than admitting that he has made a mistake and take full responsibility Adam went around the issue blaming God rather than looking inwards to find out exactly how and why he dropped the ball.
When you take full responsibility for what has happened to you and with the help of the Holy Spirit, you quickly see where the mistakes had occurred and how best to fix it
When God turned to ask Eve what happened she, in turn, blamed the serpent.
Again we find Saul in 1 Samuel 15 not only playing the blame game still but rationalizing the issue and putting the blame on the people. He did not face the truth immediately about himself, and it cost him his kingdom.
When you blame, argue, rationalize and try to justify your predicament on others you gradually move towards rebellion and hardening of heart with more significant consequences.
Whether the issue is between husband and wife, parents and children, immediate family members and other team members, you interact with on your life’s assignment STOP playing the blame game today.
“Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:” Genesis 41:9
The Butler admitted his fault openly about how he forgot Joseph’s help while in prison. His sincerity and credibility further enhanced God’s move to get Joseph to the Palace.
Your true repentance and honesty could help someone along the way in fulfilling their destiny.
” Why would you focus on the flaw in someone else’s life and yet fail to notice the glaring flaws of your own?” Matthew 7:3
Stop blaming others
“You can’t whitewash your sins and get by with it; you find mercy by admitting and leaving them.” Proverbs 28:13
Jesus Christ came as a better Adam giving us the great example of taking responsibility for our own life.
He did not play the blame game instead HE showed us the right path to greatness by HIS selfless love for others.
HE reached out to the man at the pool of Bethsaida blaming others for his inability to get well and taught him how to take personal responsibility for his predicament and he received his total healing. (John 5: 1-15)
