What do you do when there is a detour in your way?

“And your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way; walk in it, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left.” Isaiah 30:21
I was driving my younger son to school when we encountered a detour with no clear alternative route to take to the destination. Unfortunately the GPS could not help because it kept redirecting me back to the closed road each time I tried to go around the blocked way. I noticed some other cars going around and trying to circle around the blocked highway and their previous knowledge of the road kept could not get them pass that point too.
I then imagined what life could be when you are on a clear direction following given instructions and all of a sudden there is an encounter that was not part of the planned journey of life.
What do you do when you encounter such an obstacle in life that you cannot figure out what to do immediately because your experience and knowledge did not predict such outcome?
Complete and total reliance on God help us to navigate around such encounters
HE says you will hear a voice behind you that will direct your paths and actually tell you what your next move should be.
No matter what issue in life you may be going through and there seem to be a misstep.
Don’t panic get back to God and HE will practically walk you through the challenge telling you what to and how to turn you to go left or right.
“Oh yes, people of Zion, citizens of Jerusalem, your time of tears is over. Cry for help and you’ll find it’s grace and more grace. The moment he hears, he’ll answer. Just as the Master kept you alive during the hard times, he’ll keep your teacher alive and present among you. Your teacher will be right there, local and on the job, urging you on whenever you wander left or right: “This is the right road. Walk down this road.” You’ll scrap your expensive and fashionable god-images. You’ll throw them in the trash as so much garbage, saying, “Good riddance!” Isaiah 30:19-22.
When things don’t go as scheduled please   ask God.
When your programmed “GPS” fails you He will guide you through.
HE will never leave nor forsake you .
