“Where will we buy enough food to feed all these people?”

“Where will we buy enough food to feed all these people?”

“As Jesus sat down, he looked out and saw the massive crowd of people scrambling up the hill, for they wanted to be near him. So he turned to Philip and said, “Where will we buy enough food to feed all these people?” Now Jesus already knew what he was about to do, but he said this to stretch Philip’s faith.” John 6:5-6 (TPT)
Have you ever wondered how what you have will meet all your glaring needs?
Phillip and the other disciples faced a similar situation too.
The most comforting truth that we now know which Phillip did not immediately recognize is the fact that “Jesus already knew what he was about to do.”
The God who created you already has a way out for you.
That challenge was to stretch Phillip’s faith.

God already provides for what appears to be your greatest need.
However, you must simply trust Him enough and listen to His instructions on how to get you through.
The miracle started with the identification of the “five barley loaves and two small fish.”
There is always Andrew, Peter’s brother, who helps to identify.
Who is your Andrew?
The advancing Egyptian army, too, initially perturbed Mosses.
God told him to use the rod in his hand. (Exodus 14:26)
Don’t give up on yourself because of the mounting pressures around you.
Jesus told them to “Have everyone sit down,”
Learn from that too.
Never let your inner peace be taken away due to the problem.
Jesus gave thanks for the few provision He had, and God multiplied it.
Keep thanking Him for the provisions to your needs.
Your miracles rest in your knowledge that God has a solution.
“Jesus knew what he himself would do, but he said this to see what Philip would do.” John6: 6 (WE)
What are you doing?
Do only what Jesus would have you do.
