What’s is in your Conversation ?

by | Mar 17, 2017

“As Paul talked about righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and said, “That’s enough for now! You may leave. “Acts 24:25
Each time you speak what impact does your conversation have on others?
In the above scriptures Paul was speaking to Felix who wanted to hear him. The content of his conversation had effects on the listener.
What effects do your own conversation have on your listeners?
“Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.” Psalm 50:23
We can see from the life of Paul that when he speaks the contents of his speech was rich and always had impact.
Of course he was following Jesus Christ’s example.
What’s in your conversation?
Does it even have content? Sometimes we open our mouth just to speak and just compete with the other speakers.
Let us always think before we speak.
Let your conversation be rich and meaningful so that it can have the desired impact. Don’t just speak for the sake of speaking.
Sometimes silence is Golden.
When you speak from your “heart” does such project you as a child of God?
Let’s watch our conversation and let it have meaningful content that will have results that blesses the hearers and much more Glorify God.
