The mind, the heart

“I the Lord search the mind, I try the heart, even to give to every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.” Jeremiah 17:9-10  (AMPC)

What goes on between your mind and your heart?

With the heart, you believe what God has told you but in carrying out what you believe your mind is sometimes at war with your heart. Hence you dilly-dally on the things God has asked you to do.

“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:10 (KJV)

What are those things God has told you in your heart, and it continually burns inside of you that this is the will of God but every time you try to follow its facts, figures and logic go against what you want to do?

What’s in between your heart and your mind?

“Listen to what the Scriptures say: Because Abraham believed God’s words, his faith transferred God’s righteousness into his account” Romans 4:3 (TPT)

Take authority over the ragging issues and distractions and follow what God has told you to do and which the scriptures in your heart have backed up.

“We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.” 2 Corinthians 10:5 (TPT)

“Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.” Proverbs 3:5 (AMPC)

Follow your heart that has been fully surrendered to God, speak out by Faith what you believe, and you will see the results as Abraham did.

Don’t let your mind stop what your heart yielded to God has told you.

The mind, the heart.
