So many enemies?

So many enemies?
“O Lord, I have so many enemies; so many are against me. So many are saying, “God will never rescue him!”
But you, O Lord, are a shield around me; you are my glory, the one who holds my head high.”
Psalm 3:1-3(NLT)
David had so many enemies in his life.
Do you?
What challenges are you going through?
David was even told point blank:
“God won’t help you.”
Is anyone telling you that, too, today?
Saying your case is beyond redemption?
However, his experience was different.
God came through for him.
Do you have friends asking you:
Are you the only One?
David went through many difficult times in his life.
Times he had to flee for his life.
Times when even his own son attempted to kill him.
David remained faithful to God.
He kept on serving God with a whole heart.
He was not a perfect man.
God had to send the prophet to David:
Telling him how much he sinned against God.
He repented.
David encouraged himself.
He did not listen to those telling him God would not help him.
He was described as a man after God’s own heart.
(1 Sam. 13:14)
David was a beloved of God.
Jesus Loves You too.
Your situation is not complicated, that HE can not solve.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free,” Luke 4:18(NLT)
No matter how many enemies surround you.
David testified.
“He rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me.”
Psalm 18:17(NLT)
God can deliver you.
Application to the Christian life:
Repent and submit to God.
Resist poor advice.
Follow God’s own heart too.
