Gather Strength For The Journey.
“And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.” 1Kings19:8(KJV).
Elijah had to hide from King Ahab.
He arrived at a cave where an angel from God told him:
“Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.”
(1 Kings 19:7.KJV).
Is your journey also too long for you?
Sometimes, your friends mock you or convince you to leave your Christian Life.
Sometimes you are in real danger for your Life.
The word from God is the Bread of Life.
“And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.” Luke 4:4 (KJV)
Listen to the word of God.
Daily Obey and do what HE tells you.
You also need the Living Water given by God.
You will receive strength to enable you to arrive at the mount of God.
Do you want to enter the Kingdom of God?
Application to Christian Life:
Drink from the water of Life.
Eat the bread given by Jesus.
Trust God to help you.
Give your Life to Jesus
Accept Him as your Lord and Savior.
