In a discussion

“They were in the midst of a discussion about all the events of the last few days when Jesus walked up and accompanied them in their journey.  They were unaware that it was Jesus walking alongside them, for God prevented them from recognizing him.” Luke 24:14-16(TPT)
Can Jesus join the discussion that is going on between you and your friends?
Is the content of your group chat inviting to the Lord to participate.
Some time ago, you saw the poster, “Jesus is the silent listener in this home.”
That was meant to remind the discussants in that house that Jesus is listening.
Much more beyond listening to Jesus:
HE wants to participate and guide.
God is available to give understanding and purpose to your discussions.
“Then those who feared the LORD [with awe-filled reverence] spoke to one another, and the LORD paid attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who fear the LORD [with an attitude of reverence and respect] and who esteem His name.”
Malachi 3:16(AMP)
“Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.” Malachi 3:16(NIV)
Carry out your discussions in fear of the Lord.
God will honor it and make it rewarding.
David also knew this.
“Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.” Psalm 50:23 (KJV)
Whether privately or openly, allow God to be in your discussion.

The appointed time has come

“I know you are about to arise and show your tender love to Zion.
Now is the time, Lord, for your compassion and mercy to be poured out—
the appointed time has come for your prophetic promises to be fulfilled!
Psalm 102:13 (TPT)
During the time of Henry IV, King of France, a peasant once rode from his native village to Paris.
He had almost reached the gates of the city when he met a gentleman on horseback.
It was the King. His escort had remained behind at some distance. “Where do you come from, my friend, have you some business in the city?” asked the King.
“Yes,” answered the peasant, “and I have also come to see our dear king; I have never seen him before.”
The King smiled and said, “You should have no difficulty in seeing him today.”
“Yes, if only I knew how to distinguish him among so many courtiers,”
the peasant wondered.
“It is quite easy,” said the King.
“If you see a gentleman riding through the street of the city and everybody standing reverencing him, you may be sure that the gentleman is the King.”
The peasant was now riding through the streets beside the monarch. When he noticed the people looking at them from every window and the passersby reverently lifting their hats,
He looked at the King in amazement.
At length, he said: “Sir, either you are the King, or I am.”
The problem with many of us today is not different from that of this peasant.
We pray and believe God for the manifestation of certain things in our lives but are hesitant or blind.
However, God, who is faithful, is already bringing that we desire to pass.
Be encouraged now, and let your heart be fixed on the Promise of God to fulfill your expectations.
. Why wait, like the peasant, to be shocked into the fulfillment of God’s promise, when all He asked of you is to believe?
To believe is to be expectant.
God is already at work inside of you.
“It is through him that we live and function and have our identity; just as your own poets have said, ‘Our lineage comes from him” Acts 17:28(TPT)
Ask, and it shall be given unto you, for the time to favor You has come.

Let Reuben live and not die.

“Now, this is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.  And he said:… “Let Reuben live, and not die, Nor let his men be few.” Deuteronomy 33:1-6 (NKJV)
By the Grace and Mercy of the Living God, You will live and not die.
Whatsoever the handwriting of the enemy over your life is canceled in Jesus’s Name.
Reuben had earlier been cursed by the Patriarch Israel. (Genesis 49:4)
However, through the Blessings and Proclamation of Mosses, it was reversed.
Esau carelessly lost his birthright and blessings, but there was a way out.
“You will live by the power of your sword and be your brother’s slave.
But when you decide to be free,  you will break loose.” Genesis 27:40
By the time Jacob returned back after fleeing from Laban, Esau was blessed that he did really not need any gift from his brother.
He had broken the yoke of his neck.
“But Esau said, “I already have plenty, my brother. Keep what you have for yourself.” Genesis 33:9 (NIV)
Today much more under Grace, God is setting you free from your limitations.
“It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.” Isaiah 10:27 (NKJV)
Jesus Christ is the anointed one to break every yoke. (Acts 10:38)
“But I will heal this city and restore it to health. I will heal its people, and I will give them peace and security.
Jeremiah 33:6(GW)
Live and walk in the prosperity and abundance God has purposed for you.
Don’t allow your past and circumstances to hold you captive.
You have been set free to life and abundance in Christ Jesus.

Mary, Mary, and Mary.

“Mary, Jesus’ mother, was standing next to his Cross, along with Mary’s sister, Mary, the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. So when Jesus looked down and saw the disciple he loved standing with her, he said, “Mother, look—John will be a son to you.” Then he said, “John, look—she will be a mother to you!” From that day on, John accepted Mary into his home as one of his own family.” John‬ 19:25‬-27 (TPT‬‬‬‬‬‬)
Mary, Mary, and Mary.
Yes, The Cross of Jesus Christ is a leveler.

Mary, the divinely chosen of God who had favor with God to be the earthen vessel used.
Despite being the mother, she too looked at the Cross.
People with outstanding testimonies are looking at the Cross.
Mary, the Sister of Mary, the mother of our Lord, was also there.
This second Mary was the wife of Cleopas. One of the two disciples who walked with Jesus on the road to Emmaus. (Luke 24:13-18)
Family members are also looking at the Cross.
Mary Magdalene was also there.
Jesus cleansed her of seven demons, and she supported His ministry.
She was the first person to see Him after the Resurrection.
Jesus said He came to seek the lost.
Many have been lost.
Grace and Mercy found them out.
The Cross always brings together diverse people who are united in their looking unto Him.
Who is standing next to you in your walking and focus on the Lord?
Are you reacting to the person next to you or gazing steadfastly at the Cross?
When you are fixated on God’s purpose and assignment for your life, you agape others around you
Color, education, and wealth don’t and should not define how you relate to your brethren.
What determines the clothes that you put onto the house of God?.

These days of Zooming?.
What are you showcasing to other viewers?
What’s your real motive in your choice of what others see on you?
As you drive into the church car park, are you looking at which car is better than yours or the ones that yours outclassed?
Thank God Uber has helped redefine car status.
Do you have problems as to where the usher wants to sit you in the church?
You only want to sit with a class of people.
“looking unto Jesus, the author and [b]finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 12:2(NKJV)
The Crucifixion portrayed the Cross of Christ.
How are you looking at the Cross?

“What is written will not be changed.

“What is written will not be changed.
“Pilate ordered the charge against Jesus to be written on a board and put above the cross. It read, “Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews.” The words were written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek. …So the chief priests went to Pilate and said, “Why did you write that he is King of the Jews? You should have written, ‘He claimed to be King of the Jews.'” But Pilate told them, “What is written will not be changed!” John 19:19-21(CEV)
What God has purposed about you before the foundations of the world can not be changed.
However, Only You can change it by refusing to believe and act on your God-given dream.
Pilate refused to change what he understood to be the truth.
Even when he was requested to do so by Jesus’s main accuser, he still refused.
It is a reminder to you that God’s purpose for your destiny remains unchanged.
Don’t give up on your God-Given desires.
No matter the challenges, don’t give up.

“And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up.” 1 Peter 5:10
All the scriptures written concerning the birth, death, and the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ came to pass.
God is at work in your life to bring to fulfillment what HE has said concerning you.
“I will bless you with a future filled with hope—a future of success, not of suffering.” Jeremiah 29:11 (CEV)
