Do It Again

Do it again,” “Do it a third time,”

“ He built the stones into the altar in honor of GOD. Then Elijah dug a fairly wide trench around the altar. He laid firewood on the altar, cut up the ox, put it on the wood, and said, “Fill four buckets with water and drench both the ox and the firewood.” Then he said, “Do it again,” and they did it. Then he said, “Do it a third time,” and they did it a third time. The altar was drenched, and the trench was filled with water.”  1 Kings 18:32-35  (MSG)

Yes God can.

Yes God is able.

Yes God will do it again and again.

What did He do?

Water was very very scarce in Israel at this time due to famine.

There was neither rain nor dew according to God’s word from Elijah.

However when Elijah needed water to pour on to God’s altar

There was an abundance of water to do it.

Whatever assignment God has given, HE provides for it.

His Provision is always available to carry out His instructions.

David thirsted for the waters of the well in Israel.

“David had a sudden craving and said, “Would I ever like a drink of water from the well at the gate of Bethlehem!” So the Three penetrated the Philistine lines, drew water from the well at the gate of Bethlehem, and brought it back to David. But David wouldn’t drink it; he poured it out as an offering to God, “2 Samuel 23:15-17  (MSG)

Trust God for His Provisions for ONLY what HE has asked you to do.

No matter the scarcity and the facts around you.

God provides for whatsoever HE has commissioned.

HE will do it.

Do it again.

Do it a third time.
