Surely I spoke of things I did not understand

Then Job replied to the Lord: “I know that You can do all things; no plan of Yours can be thwarted. You asked,‘ Who is this that obscures My counsel without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know. You said,‘ Listen now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’ My ears had heard of You, but now my eyes have seen You. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes” (Job 42: 1-6).
From who’s perspective are you speaking?
What is your view about your life and the events surrounding you?
Much more, how do you judge others?
Job initially thought he understood how the Almighty God works.
Even his close friends from their insider position got it all wrong.
When God finally asked Job some basic questions, his views changed
Then he realized he has been speaking of things he did not understand
What about you?
”Afterward, as Jesus walked down the street, he noticed a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Teacher, whose sin caused this guy’s blindness, his own, or the sin of his parents?”
Jesus answered, “Neither. It happened to him so that you could watch him experience God’s miracle.”
John 9:1-3 (TPT)
The disciples also initially got it wrong.
Jesus corrected their understanding.
Today before you speak on that issue or offer your insights on that person
Do you really understand what God is doing?
Job finally did, he repented, and God restored him much more than his beginning.
Do you really understand what you are speaking about?
