Yes, the whole Universe, the created World, is waiting to see the purpose of God Manifested.
How is this going to happen?
How did it happen in the first instance?
Through the Spoken Word.
God Spoke, and the World was created through His Word.
HE gave that authority to man to have dominion on the earth.
Moses spoke the word and what God purposed to happen.
“Now the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: “Speak to the children of Israel … And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” 
Exodus 14: 1,13-14  (NKJV)
Moses said.
Elijah spoke the word, and fire came down from heaven. (1 Kings 18:38)
What has God given you the mandate to make happen?
It will only manifest through His Word that you speak.
This is the season of Creations.
Create your purposeful life by speaking it into existence.
Stop complaining.
Stop comparing your assignments with what others have.
Stop complacency.
