Do Not Return To Bondage.

Do Not Return To Bondage.
“And they say one to another, Let us make a captain and let us return into Egypt.” Numbers 14:4(KJV).
After walking with God, experiencing the wonders, He did.
The Israelites still complained.
They started to talk to one another about the “good old days.”
One thing led to the other.
They evaluated the challenges they were facing “now.”
Going forward and advancing in your goals will bring obstacles.
Don’t give up.
Be Ready to sacrificially make the necessary change.
Eventually, they reached a “consensus” and decided to go back to Egypt.
It is sad to mention those people never entered the promised land.
They fell away on the way.
Are you faced with a situation like this today?
Walking with God, experiencing His love, and experiencing hard times?
Do you want to turn back on God?
God has shown you what to do.
Then a friend invites you to do something you should not do.
Saying: “Just this once.”
“Just try it.”
Afterward, it is easy to do it a second time.
We then return to our old habits.
Do you want to achieve your goals?
Do you want to enter the promised land?
Do you want to arrive at God’s Kingdom?
Don’t follow the “popular opinion” to return to your old ways.
Application to the Christian life:
Be careful about wrong advice.
Resist intimidation.
Keep your eye on the goal.
Follow Jesus, Not your friends.
