I’ve wanted my words and my ways to always agree.

I’ve wanted my words and my ways to always agree.

“For in a visitation of the night, you inspected my heart and refined my soul in fire until nothing vile was found in me.  I’ve wanted my words and my ways to always agree.”  Psalm 17:3  (TPT)

Are you a man of your Words?

Do you sometimes say what you desire and end up not doing it?

Sometimes conflicts arise in you as to what is the true identity in you?

King David in the above scriptures was in a similar situation.

His only solution was to completely surrender his soul and spirit man to God in absolute truth.

Apostle Paul at a time was also faced with such challenges.

“My lofty desires to do what is good are dashed when I do the things I want to avoid.  So if my behavior contradicts my desires to do good, I must conclude that it’s not my true identity doing it, but the unwelcome intruder of sin hindering me from being who I really am.”  Romans 7:19-25  (TPT)

As King David and Apostle Paul found a victory to this challenge through God and His word so also you too can be a man of your words.

“ I give all my thanks to God, for his mighty power has finally provided a way out through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One! “ Romans 7::25

Don’t continue today to be double-minded and unreliable.

The Holy Spirit through the word of God will enable you to live victoriously.

Don’t give up on yourself.

Commit yourself entirely to God, and in visitation to your heart, He will use His word and the power of the Holy Spirit to make you whole.

This day is a day of good tidings

This day is a day of good tidings

“Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now, therefore, come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.” 2 Kings 7:9 (KJV)

When last did you share the Good News of the Kingdom of God with the people around you?

The world needs solutions which only the kingdom citizen of heaven can provide

Don’t hide your light

Let the light of Christ in you dispels the darkness around you.

God miraculously delivered the children of Israel from the famine siege they were under.

However when the miracle happened all the people did not immediately know.

The lepers stumbled upon this great manifestation of God

Rather than keeping all the blessings, they found to themselves they decided to share the good news with others

In so many ways God has blessed you, don’t keep it all to yourself

Share the solutions

This day is a day of good tidings

Followed From a Safe Distance

Followed From a Safe Distance

“The religious leaders seized Jesus and led him away, but Peter followed from a safe distance. They brought him to the home of the high priest, where people were already gathered out in the courtyard.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭22:54‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Following the Savior from a safe distance has its attendant risks.

Peter had been warned of pending temptations and the antidote should have been prayers and a strong fellowship

However, he decided to play safe

What is it that is making you play safe with your Christian faith?

Christianity is meant to be on the offensive against the onslaught of the enemy.

The armor of God that Apostle Paul vividly illustrated is designed for the offensive and advancement of the kingdom

Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” …

Don’t allow any situation to cause you to be lukewarm and cut off your fellowship with the true believers

”But we are certainly not those who are held back by fear and perish; we are among those who have faith and experience true life”  Hebrews 10:39  (TPT)

Don’t forsake the gathering of true believers

Remain strong, consistent and advancing in your faith.

“Learn of Me”

“Learn of Me”

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” (Matthew 11:29)KJV

Every person in the world is a learner.

From the cradle to the grave, we are learning continually great lessons of life. We have some marvelous teachers: experience, sorrow, example, communion with God and fellowship with the great people of the world.

But, there is a much more critical school. I’d say it’s the most excellent school in the world. It is the school where Christ is the Teacher. He is the Master Teacher of all the ages. It was said of Him: ”And they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes” (Mark 1:22).

Jesus knows more about the stars than the most celebrated astronomer. He knows more about the flowers than the most celebrated botanist.

He knows more about the human body that the most celebrated physician. He knows more about the world than the greatest traveler. He knows more about the soul than the most famous theologian.

What do we really learn in this greatest school in the world?

•    We learn to know the Teacher

•    We learn to Pray

•    We learn to trust Jesus

•    We learn about the Spirit of Christ

•    We learn about His suffering, His death and His power over the grave

•    We learn of the glorious home prepared for the Redeemed

We will walk with Him in perfect trust.

We will realize that we are never alone.

We will be more consecrated.

Who are you Learning from?

They whispered among themselves.

They whispered among themselves.

“Thinking Jesus was scolding them over not bringing bread, they whispered among themselves.”  Matthew 16:7 (TPT)

The disciples had an issue they were not sure, and they started whispering amongst themselves.

Sometimes when we are not sure of the situation, we begin to talk to each other in whispers out of uncertainty.

God who knows all things and see all things want you to never be in doubt on any issue in life.

Stop doubting.

Take time to find out the facts before you spread the news.

Don’t spread fake News.

Whenever any situation of doubt confronts you stop doing Guesswork.

Approach the throne of Grace and God will speak plainly to you.

“Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them”

God will bring clarity to any issue in your life if you ask Him

Perfect and Constant Peace

Perfect and Constant Peace

“You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.” Isaiah 26:3(AMPC)

To experience Perfect and Constant Peace this New Year, your entire thought process must be consistently be submitted to God.

Do I become a Zombie if I have to do that?

No, you just found a better way of living in perfect and constant peace.

Check out your thoughts process.

Where are your ideas, impulses, sometimes words that you speak and actions that you take originate from?

Do a quick check with the Word of God.

Quickly delete anything that is not of God.

Sometimes other things you expose your mind to contain the “harmful and poisonous “substance that will not guarantee peace

Commitment to God becomes more comfortable when you yield yourself to the guidance of His Word.

Take time to study the Word of God more and as you make Perfect and Constant Peace yours in Jesus Name.

“People with their minds set on you, you keep completely whole, Steady on their feet, because they keep at it and don’t quit. Depend on GOD and keep at it  because in the LORD GOD you have a sure thing.” Isaiah 26:3 (MSG)
