Do you have what you need?

Do you have what you need?
“For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.” Mark 4:25. (KJV).
That seems unfair.
Why should the person who already has, receive more?
Why must the person who does not have, lose even the little bit he thought he had?
When a person has much, he uses it, and it increases.
When a person has little, he either saves it from fear it will damage or mess it up because he does not know how to treat it.
God gave you talents.
He expects you to increase those talents.
If you do not use your talents, they will be taken away from you.
If you can sing but never do, you will eventually be unable to sing so beautifully anymore.
If you cannot sing, you practice singing.
Eventually, you will be able to sing.
Do you want more talents?
What are you going to do about it?
Step out in faith today.
Use those talents God has given you.
Don’t be afraid of human judgment.
Daily Increase in your skills.
Glorify God with all that you have.
Application to the Christian life:
Use the gifts God gave you.
Work for God, and do not be afraid.

What do you do with the seed?

What do you do with the seed?
“Hearken; behold, there went out a sower to sow.” Mark 4:3. (KJV).
Have you been told?
That You need to accept Jesus Christ in your heart?
You need to invite and accept Him as your Lord.
Did a friend tell you about Jesus?
Where did you hear about Jesus for the first time?
What did you do when you first heard about Jesus? Did you get excited?
Do you want to hear more?
Did you apply the words you were told?
What did your friends do when you told them about Jesus?
Do you discuss the words of Jesus when you can do so?
How fertile is your heart to the word of God?
Let the seed of the word of God grow in your life.
Also, share the Goodnews of the kingdom.
Tell someone today …what?
At least One Good thing God has done for you.
Yes, tell someone today about that great thing God has done for you.
Application to the Christian life:
Have a fertile heart.
Allow God’s word to germinate in it.
Bring forth fruit of the Holy Spirit.

The Kingdom of God is nearby.

The Kingdom of God is nearby.
“And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:15. (KJV).
Do you believe that heaven and hell are real?
Does that affect the choices you make?
Where do your Daily decisions point to?
When Jesus was born:
Only a few people were waiting for Him.
The others carried on with their lives.
Earlier, they had done something similar to Noah.
When he was building the ark:
How many believed him?
They did not recognize Jesus when He walked amongst them.
Jesus promised He would return.
His return is soon.
Are you prepared for His Return?
Again your choices are indicators.
Are you too young to take His return seriously? Remember, He is coming back.
Are you ready for the return of Jesus?
Application to the Christian life:
Realize the return of Jesus is soon.
Repent and submit your life to God.
Be ready for His return.

Do Not Be Deceived.

Do Not Be Deceived.
“And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.” Matt. 24:3. (KJV).
Do you trust people when they talk about Jesus?
Even when Jesus was on earth, the false people misled those who wanted to serve God.
The deception is not just about the end time.
It covers all aspects.
It is still the same today.
People learned more tricks.
They are cleverer and wiser in evil ways.
Greed is a dangerous thing.
Be careful of people who want to make you instantly rich.
The only guaranteed antidote is to be filed with the Word of God.
Many people are out for personal gain.
Be led by the Holy Spirit in ALL that you do.
Listen to the warning of Jesus.
Be more careful that you do not deceive yourself.
Self-deceit is much more destructive.
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6(KJV)
Do not follow your own mind.
Let God Lead You In All Things.
Application to the Christian life:
Be careful of false leaders.
Ask God for guidance.
Study the Bible.
Depend on the Holy Spirit.

Yet will I never be offended?.

Yet will I never be offended?.

“Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.” Matt. 26:33. (KJV).

Have you ever told your friends you will not ever do something?

Then something happens.

You let them down.

You did what you promised never to do.

Maybe you promised to keep a secret.

You did not.

Maybe you promised not to tell on somebody.

But you did.

Why did you not keep your promise?

It is easy to judge Peter.

What would you do if you were in his position?

Will you ever betray Jesus?

Be careful of what you say.

Be even more careful of what you do.

Peter could have prayed more after Jesus warned him.

Be more prayerful.

No matter your offense, God will forgive you.

Judas and Peter both betrayed Jesus.

Judas did not ask for forgiveness

He self judged himself and committed suicide.

Peter sought forgiveness and repented.

Whatever happens, do not commit suicide.

God is always loving and ready to forgive.

Repent and turn it all over to Jesus.

Application to the Christian life:

Ask God to protect you.

Ask Him to help you to remain faithful to Him.

 Do not fear people.

Trust God.

What Will Ye Give Me?

What Will Ye Give Me?
“And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver.” Matt. 26: 15. (KJV).
What can a person do with thirty pieces of silver?
How much are you being paid to compromise your faith?
What pleasure of sin are you indulging in?
The sad reality is that money will come to an end.
That pleasurable sin will also become anguish.
Is your weak point a house or a car?
It is all for a moment.
Was it worthwhile for Judas to betray Jesus?
He lost an eternity of a beautiful life with God.
For just thirty pieces of silver!!!
How much is Jesus worth to you?
How much do you need to forsake Him?
Will a little bit of trouble take you away from Jesus? Maybe you are going through some challenging times?.
Are you blaming God?
For not looking after you?
Do you want to go your own way?
Are friends convincing you to enjoy your life more and do less for Jesus?
Compromises here and there do not pay you.
Where do you want to spend eternity?
It is in Christ Jesus that you have true fulfillment.
