Become personally acquainted with Him

Become personally acquainted with Him
“So let us know and become personally acquainted with Him; let us press on to know and understand fully the [greatness of the] LORD [to honor, heed, and deeply cherish Him]. His appearing is prepared and is as certain as the dawn, And He will come to us [in salvation] like the [heavy] rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth.” Hosea 6:3 (AMP)
2021 is the year of Joyful Exploits Surpassing Expectations.
For you to live a purposeful, fulfilling life, be personally known to Christ.
It’s not about putting new year’s banners and stickers around you.
You must have a meaningful relationship with Him.
“Pastor, I am already born again,” you may want to say!.
There is a yet more in-depth and better relationship with Him that you should aim at.
“Deeper, deeper in the love of Jesus
Daily let me go;
Higher, higher in the school of wisdom,
More of grace to know.
Refrain:
O deeper yet, I pray,
And higher every day,
And wiser, blessed Lord,
In Thy precious, holy Word.”
Author: Charles Price Jones (1900)

As you start this Brand New Year, align yourself firmly with your Creator.
He has the blueprint of your life before you were born.
Learn of Him and the real you through His Word.
He is the only person that can restore all that appeared you have lost.
“I’ll restore your health and heal your wounds,” declares the LORD.
“People call you an outcast: Zion, no one cares for you.”
Jeremiah 30:17 (GW)
Family, Friends, Fellowship, and even neighbors have abandoned you?
“No one wants you as a friend or cares what happens to you. But I will heal your injuries, and you will get well.” Jeremiah 30:17(CEV)
Your destiny is before God.

Nothing but only you can thwart it due to disobedience and unbelief.
You know, indeed, morning always comes.
Get to know Him better and much more this year.
His going forth is established as the morning.

Why should I celebrate this 2020 Christmas?

Why should I celebrate this 2020 Christmas?
The scriptures say in everything, give thanks to God.
“And in the midst of everything be always giving thanks, for this is God’s perfect plan for you in Christ Jesus” 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (TPT)
Apparently, Joseph, when he started his courtship with Mary, never thought of the virgin birth.
He wanted to react naturally, but he allowed God to take control.
Yes, many surprises were in the Christmas story.
Still, God, who can work all things together, ensured that ALL the incidents were used to His Glory and ultimate purpose.
Even though the Messiah’s birth had been prophesied several years ago., It’s unfolding took some of the participants by surprise.
Mary, the Lord’s mother, was not told in childhood that it will be her destiny to give birth to the Savior.
She yielded to God in faith as she was chosen.
Zechariah did not know on that day that he would encounter the angel of God while performing his priestly functions.
He went in as a speaking priest but came out dumb because of his unbelief that a miracle could happen.
Elizabeth embraced the surprise of God and became the mother of John the Baptist at an old age.
Are you still upset that God did not tell you Covid-19 was coming?
There are instances when God Himself did not tell His son what would happen until it did.
That never upset any of the Trinity.
God the Father knows all and does all things for His purpose and Glory.
On His way to heal the centurion servant, Jesus did not immediately know that the woman with the issue of the blood was going to stop Him and get healed.
Don’t mind all the “celebrity men and women” of God who went back to start editing their 2019 declarations of 2020 to accommodate the pandemic.
Celebrate God when the unexpected happened because He only has the perfect and complete picture.
Jesus plainly told the two disciples’ mother, who wanted her sons to sit on the right and left of Him on his throne, that the prerogative belongs to the Father.
As close as Joshua was to Mosses, to the extent that when other Israelites went back to their tents, Joshua remained.
The Almighty had recalled Mosses before he was told.
God still assured Him that Joshua would finish the job.
Has God allowed somebody close to your heart to come home?
God will continue to comfort, heal, and guide you with the unexpected.
As Paul said, for me to live is Christ, and to die is also gain.
All those who have gone ahead of us:
Knowing Christ will continue to be with Him.
In His mercy and wisdom, you are alive to see this Christmas season.
Please celebrate Him.
Though we all know that December 25 is not in the Bible.
The date has become a rallying point to remind us that God saved mankind by sending the Savior in His wisdom and purpose.
HE has been born and had fulfilled His purpose by dying on the Cross.
So as you celebrate this Christmas, it is about your salvation.
Don’t stop at that.
Daily continue and grow in Christ Jesus.
The baby Jesus had since left the manger.
Give your life to Him today, and accept Him as your Lord and Savior.
Have you experienced unexpected, unplanned incidents, and even shocking events?
He alone can make all things work together for your good and His Glory.
Stay close to Him in your personal relationship.
Yes, you can celebrate this 2020 Christmas.
Rev Mrs. Mary Titilola Abiodun Bamidele, today would have been your 60th Birthday celebration.
We would have loved to celebrate it together, Glorifying God.
God has, in His infinite Wisdom, allowed you to come home for an early rest.
Your departure was entirely unexpected.
Olutoyin and I do cherish your friendship.
As you are committed back to mother earth today in Ogbomosho.
We celebrate God, who has made your life so full and impactful.
HE will continue to comfort my bosom friend Bishop Mike.
His abiding presence will continue with Hope, Faith, and the entire family.

There was no room for them in the inn.

There was no room for them in the inn.
“And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.” Luke 2: 7(KJV)
Christmas stories and plays often feature the heavily pregnant Mary and Joseph were turned away by the Innkeeper.
There was no more room for them in the inn:
Mary had to deliver the baby Jesus in the manger.
Maybe he did not realize that it was the Savior of mankind that was to be born.
However, if you were the inn’s owner or the keeper today, will you still turn them away?
Is there a room, space, a moment, even a pause in your heart today to consider the real significance of God becoming flesh to dwell amongst us humans?
Do you really comprehend and understand the miracle of God’s birth as a human baby?
Definitely, around that time in Bethlehem, all the descendants in David’s lineage were all around getting registered as was commanded.
Today people are busy making a living and don’t really have time to behold the miracle of salvation and live a life of total reconciliation back to God, which is the true essence of Christmas.
“Then everyone from the town went out to confront Jesus and urged him to go away and leave them alone.” Matthew 8:34 (TPT)
When Jesus Christ visited the Gadarenes, the people, because of selfish economic reasons, asked him to depart.
Don’t get too busy with shopping, parties, concerts, and other season activities and have no room in your heart for Him.
From the Innkeeper to the people of Gadarenes, there were excuses.
Jesus had since left the manger.
He had gone to the Cross to pay for the redemption of your sin.
He is now knocking at the door of your heart.
Will you let Hin in?
Today do not reject Jesus Christ.
Do not limit Him to specific areas of your life.
Let Him be your Lord and Savoir in All aspects of your life.
With Him as your Anchor, Christmas would have a Real Meaning.
Is there room in your heart for Jesus Today?

Obedience is the Key That Opened up Christmas.

Obedience is the Key That Opened up Christmas.
“When Joseph awoke from his dream, he did all that the angel of the Lord instructed him to do. He took Mary to be his wife.”
Matthew 1:24 (TPT)
Do you know that we couldn’t celebrate Christmas if there were no obedience?
Through the disobedience of a woman to God’s command, sin entered into the world.
Through an obedient woman came Salvation into the world.
Without obedience, there would be no Christmas, no Christianity, no Salvation.
Christmas is the celebration of obedience.
The most valuable virtue before God is obedience. (1 Samuel 15:22, 23) For Christmas to take place, Jesus needed to be obedient to the Father
( John 17:18)
The angels had to be obedient to God (Luke 1:26)
Joseph and Mary had to be obedient to God by doing what they’ve heard from the angels. ( Luke 1:38)
Obedience to God will produce Salvation in your life.
To receive Grace means to receive Jesus in your heart:
In your being, precisely like Mary did.
Salvation means to receive Jesus in your heart and allow Him to abide.
Jesus will lead your life, will be in control of your mind and of your feelings.
You follow Him.
You love Him.
You submit to Him.
“Just as the Lord’s angel had told him to do.”
Are You doing ALL that God has told you?
Live in obedience to Him!

His Love never fails.

His Love never fails.
“Praise the LORD because he is good to us, and his love never fails.”
1 Chronicle 16:34(CEV)
As you rise up again today, Praise the Lord.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his Love endures forever.
Don’t take it for granted that you are alive.

Oh, give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
No matter the challenges you are facing today, be reminded again.
His Love never fails.
Give thanks to GOD—he is good, and his Love never quits.
“Hallelujah! Thank GOD! And why? Because he’s good because his Love lasts. But who on earth can do it— declaim GOD’s mighty acts, broadcast all his praises? You’re one happy man when you do what’s right, one happy woman when you form the habit of justice.” Psalm 106:1-3 (MSG)
Let the Love of God prompt you today to act promptly on your assignments.
Allow His assurance of Love to continue to do good to all around you.
“You know the story of what happened in Judea. It began in Galilee after John preached a total life-change. Then Jesus arrived from Nazareth, anointed by God with the Holy Spirit, ready for action. He went through the country, helping people and healing everyone who was beaten down by the Devil. He was able to do all this because God was with him.”
Acts 10:37-38 (MSG)
Follow Our Lord”s example.
Go about all you have to do today with His Love impacting people around you.
Be a manifestation that His Love never Fails.
“I will sing of the Mercies of the Lord forever.
I will sing I will sing.
I will sing of the Mercies of the Lord forever.
I will sing of the Mercies of the Lord…”
