If You Love To Argue

If you love to argue
“If you love to argue, then you must be in love with sin. For the one who loves to boast is only asking for trouble.” Proverbs‬ ‭17:19‬ ‭TPT‬‬‬‬‬‬
Please watch it if every matter that comes to you must lead to an argument
The root cause of been argumentative is because you believe you are the only right person!
“Can you bridle your tongue when your heart is under pressure? That’s how you show that you are wise. An understanding heart keeps you cool, calm, and collected, no matter what you’re facing.” ‭Proverbs‬ ‭17:27‬ ‭TPT‬‬‬‬‬
Can you be patient and listen to the other side of the issues first before you conclude?
“A touchy, hot-tempered man picks a fight, but the calm, patient man knows how to silence strife.”
“Stay away from all the foolish arguments of the immature, for these disputes will only generate more conflict. For a true servant of our Lord Jesus will not be argumentative but gentle toward all and skilled in helping others see the truth, having great patience toward the immature.”
‭‭2 Timothy 2:23-24 TPT‬‬
“Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.”Philippians‬ ‭2:14-15‬ ‭NLT‬‬‬‬
Don’t just love to argue
Put yourself in the other person’s shoes.
Be patient and listen to the other side too
“Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise.” Proverbs‬ ‭13:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬‬‬
