“And after certain days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, which was a Jewess, he sent for Paul and heard him concerning the faith in Christ. And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee. He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he might loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener and communed with him.” (Acts 24:24-26) KJV
Each time you speak:
What impact does your conversation have on others?
Paul was speaking to Felix, who wanted to hear him.
The content of his conversation had an effect on the listener.
What effects do your own conversation have on your listeners?
“Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.” (Psalm 50:23)
We can see from the life of Paul that when he speaks:
The contents of his speech were rich and always had an impact.
Of course, he was following Jesus Christ’s example.

What’s in Your Daily Conversations?
Does it even have content?

Sometimes we open our mouths just to speak and compete with the other speakers.
Let us always think before we speak.
Let your conversation be rich and meaningful so that it can have the desired impact.
Don’t just speak for the sake of speaking. Sometimes silence is golden. When you speak from your “heart,.”
What comes out?
Are you recognized as a child of God through your talks?
Let’s watch our conversation and have meaningful content that will bless the hearers and much more Glorify God.
Application for the Christian life:
Speak with authority.
Know your subject.
Always speak the truth.
