“Where did you bury him?”

“Where did you bury him?”
“When Jesus looked at Mary and saw her weeping at his feet, and all her friends who were with her grieving, he shuddered with emotion and was deeply moved with tenderness and compassion. He said to them, “Where did you bury him?” “Lord, come with us, and we’ll show you,” they replied. Then tears streamed down Jesus’ face.” John 11:33-35 TPT
Why would Jesus, who should have known, be asking this question.?
“Where did you bury him?”
You want issues resolved in your life?
Are you willing to show Jesus where it is buried?
Do you want to experience the resurrection power over those issues?
You need to tell it to Jesus.
He should know?
After all, He is God.
Relationship with God has always been participative.
God wants you to be remorseful and totally repent from your sins.
It just didn’t happen.
Don’t blame it all on the devil.
The devil did not just make you do it.
You participated.
True repentance is recognizing and resolving to completely turn away from your sins.
You are showing Jesus, not man.
Your confession is to God again, not to man.
Don’t brush it under the carpet.
Look at it in the face and with the power of the Holy Spirit enabling you.
The Holy Spirit in His Wisdom will show you practical steps you can take.
He will show you structures to put that will not make you fall again.
Like Lazarus in our text, you will experience Victory.
“Then he said to me, “This is what the LORD says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies.” Zechariah 4:6(NLT)
Many remember the phrase “unwrap him and let him loose “John 11:44
However, the process started by showing Him where he was buried.
Confess your sins to God.
Don’t assume that He knows.
Show Him where he was buried:
You will experience the power of the resurrection fully.
