I have always obeyed the Lord.

I have always obeyed the Lord.
“My master answered, “I have always obeyed the Lord, and he will send his angel to help you find my son a wife from among my own relatives.” Genesis 24:40 CEV
Can any member of your household attest to this about you?
Can your child affirm that you always obey the Lord?
What about your spouse?
The confidence Eliezer, the most trusted servant in Abraham’s household, was based on him seeing him obey God.
Your actions talk louder than what you say.
Do you doublespeak?
“The Lord, who rules heaven, brought me here from the land where I was born and promised that he would give this land to my descendants forever. When you go back there, the Lord will send his angel ahead of you to help you find a wife for my son.” Genesis 24:7 CEV
Abraham walked with God and knew God will always be faithful.
Paul also could say confidently that God, who he knew and obey, will ensure the safety of all those who were traveling with him.
” and he said, ‘Don’t be afraid, Paul, for you will surely stand trial before Caesar! What’s more, God in his goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing with you.'” Acts 27:24 NLT
Jesus said God always hear him.
” You always hear me, but I said it out loud for the sake of all these people standing here so that they will believe you sent me.” John 11:42
Can anyone close to you benefit from your life of obedience to God?
“When I came to the well today, I silently prayed, “You, Lord, are the God, my master Abraham worships, so please lead me to a wife for his son” Genesis 24:42 CEV
Others are not only listening to you.
They are watching whether you walk the talk.
Let your life impact others to know and follow God.

Simon Peter had brought along a sword.

“Simon Peter had brought along a sword. He now pulled it out and struck at the servant of the high priest. The servant’s name was Malchus, and Peter cut off his right ear. 11 Jesus told Peter, “Put your sword away. I must drink from the cup that the Father has given me.”
